Multiphysics Marine Simulation

This series of seminars will specifically address the value of CFD in:
  • Flow Assurance and Subsea: Thermal analysis of subsea equipment, erosion, PIG-ing, hydrate remediation, flow induced vibration, well containment
  • Marine and Offshore: Wave impacts, vortex-induced motion, fluid-structure interaction
  • Process and Separation: Design and troubleshooting separators and heat exchangers
  • Safety: Consequence modeling, gas dispersion, flare radiation and pool fires

This seminar will provide a background on the benefits of computer-aided engineering simulation, allowing you to gain deeper insights into the engineering challenges common to deep water oil and gas exploration and production.
